Damage issue in the BlackBerry Messenger service (BBM) have occurred in the Asia Pacific region. Until now, the Research in Motion (RIM) claimed not to be able to estimate when the network is back to normal.
"For a while we have not been able to answer when the network will be back to normal. But we will continue to inform our customers about the latest development news network improvements," said Senior Public Relations Asia Pacific Rim Oliver Pilgerstorfer
Oliver had previously mentioned that RIM Asia Pacific region is currently experiencing a service interruption for fuel. "All the relevant team is trying to solve this problem," he said.
With this disorder, he apologized to BlackBerry users affected by the disorder. "We apologize to our users who were affected," he said.
