Binders Full of Women, Hei Mitt Romney What do u think?
"What new steps can you offer to address the wage gap between women and men?" So the questions asked Katherine Fenton (24), teacher from Floral Park, New York, on Tuesday (16/10/2012) night.

He was one of the attendees who had the opportunity to ask President Barack Obama and presidential candidate (candidates) Republican Mitt Romney, in the second debate in Hempstead, New York, on Tuesday.

In some media, Fenton said, both Obama and Romney did not answer the question. Answer Obama is considered off and just said, the government will try to provide more opportunities.

However, the question that made Romney a matter of derision across the U.S. after one sentence answer is strange and funny. Romney did not directly answer the question.

Instead, he recounts, when the governor took office in the State of Massachusetts in early 2003, he deliberately asked a women's organization to find women who are qualified to recruit a member of his cabinet.

Romney said the search was prompted by all potential members of his cabinet were men. "Then, I asked a women's organization, and they came up with folders full of women (binders full of women)."

The phrase "the binders full of women" was immediately circulated quickly as derision. On Wednesday (10/17/2012), Obama is stirring up the situation by saying, "I do not need to search folders, but encourage women to get involved in many aspects of life."

The phrase is growing like a virus on social media, like Twitter and Facebook. An account on Facebook titled "Binders Full of Women" directly created and has been favored more than 330,000 people. On the Twitter account, the phrase binders full of women called 120,000 times on Wednesday afternoon.

There is also a direct address to create a blog with a special http://bindersfullofwomen.tumblr.com contains custom images for teasing Romney. There are pictures folder containing the figures of women, showing women as commodities. Text the picture reads, "If the folder is found, please return to Romney."

Another image shows U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton with the words, "No one put me in the folder, (so) I work for the President."

CNN wrote, saying that Romney describes him within the aspirations of the voters and not serious about the issue of gender inequality.

Vice-presidential candidate Romney Paul Ryan corrects the slip of the tongue. "That meant Romney was the folders containing the lives of the women who had the qualifications to be recruited," said Ryan.

Terry O'Neill, president of the National Organization for Women (The National Organization for Women), said Romney misdirected. The U.S. does not need a biography of qualified women, but just need better regulation to condition the wage equality between the genders.
