[Solved] Mac App Store that Show Waiting Indicator Constantly
Posted by Unknown
Mac App Store as a source of trustworthy applications often feels slow, especially with the speed of internet connection in our country. A few days ago, I was having problems with the Mac App Store. When downloading apps, the App Store indicators constantly "Waiting."
The issue of "waiting" occurs when I download Xcode. At first I think because the internet connection was slow. Once checked, it turns out bandwith internet connection under normal circumstances. So, the problem is not in the connection, but the App Store application.
It turns out the problem is in the App Store. App Store has an app that runs in the background, updates the function to check the application and provide notice to the user named "storeagent". To fix this problem should stop "storeagent".
Turn off the App Store first. To stop it is by using Activity Monitor located in the folder / Applications / Utilities. Find storeagent from the list of applications that are running, and then click Quit Process button.
Rerun the App Store, and try to click the Install or Update. Now the App Store will be back to work very well.
