What is means (And i have to explain to you bceause obviously you do not undestand) what ever the skills and labour a person is doing whether he is a rocket scientist or whether he si a garbage collector every job is a lobour of hard work and every job deserves a respect. Now that we go that out of the way what was that you were saying about my low skills EB3I. Are you even aware of what you are doing. You are abusing a person for being EB3I. That is not there on IV charter. You are going against the charter

As a fellow Sri Lankan and a member here at IV, i'd request u guys stop posting opinions and views here on a Immigration Forum.
I'd like to request that the Admin to please close this thread as it is irrelevant to Immigration. If any of you would like to discuss politics then please do so in another forum that is meant purely for that purpose.
Some have written some harsh remarks about SL, without even knowing the facts, i for one take some of them personally.
I'm not here to say that i agree / disapprove anything that any of you have said, i'm just saying that there is a place to discuss these issues and i'm sure the Admins here also agree that this is not the place for politics.
Appreciate you consideration.

I completely agree with you...it was Nehru who screwed up the country.
I really feel that you are brainwashed and immatured. Although Nehru might have made some mistakes like China war, what did India really lose in that war? And how many years since then India has had to fix the problem? You should also read about Nehru's sacrifices and his movements along side Mahatma Gandhi that earned the nation its freedom.
Now you have chosen to be a secondary citizen/ slave in america is a different matter altogether, but many back home in India are thankful they are free and independent nation.

Every country should protect it's interests and we should be proud that a terrorist has the gumption to ask for Mutton Biriyani in an Indian prison. Why should he not? He is a criminal and then he has his own desires. Cutting to the gist, he is a 20 year old misguided young man, poverty led him to take up arms and am sure he did not realize what he was up to when he did what he did. On new H1 came to US on 2006
I didnt had the H1b approval copy of first h1 approval(2000 -2001) when I applied for 140. I submitted
only the current one which is from 2006. My 140 is not yet approved.
So I would like to make sure whether h1b approval notice copy during 2000 to 2001 was needed/
will be needed in future.I had submitted 140 during July 07.
Is it needed for any 140 RFE or 485 level ?

More than the money, these guys are plain stalkers! They don't leave you even if you are not interested and even after blindly telling them right on their face. Ok, the guy that sets the dates says that he sees no possibility of dates moving forward for EB India and ppl are still thinking there is hope? I am an optimist and try to see the brighter side - and that side here is that we know there is no hope for those past 2005 in the next two years. That to me is sufficient to make decisions and move on. Be it changing to a different job or going back to the home country - most probably the former for me.

Do you guys remember how many visas USCIS processed within the Last few days of June 2007 ( I remember it was around 20k) just to make sure they exhaust the Visa numbers and rollback the Visa Bulletin?
If it's possible for them to complete as many applications within a short span of time,it means they are capable of processing the applications faster...
Now due to more hiring they might process all the available visas by the end of the year.
Not that I'm having hopes of me getting 485 approved based on my PD, but just to put things in perspective....
We'll see once we hit Aug 1st......

I wonder what Dilip was doing when he was laid off. An H1 holder is out of status the moment he/she is laid off. So, our brightest Dilip was out of status (aka illegal) during the period he was laid off.
As is said -- illegals have a better chance to get GC then those trying to be legal.
With such friends of prospecting immigrants you sure do not need an anti-immigrant.
